WS Heritage was instructed by the London Borough of Sutton Council to obtain listed building consent application for the restoration and replacement of roof structures. The site is built in early to mid-19th century, designated as a Grade II listed building in 1974. Given the existing poor condition and prone to further deterioration of the roof and its structures, proposals submitted on 28th April 2023 comprise of the replacement of felt flat roof with GRP, installation of insulation and waterproof membrane, restoration of salving existing tiles, and replacement of existing lantern with new flashing details.
